This Service includes the following for any Kubota Mini Excavator up to KX-057:
- Replace engine oil & filter
- Replace engine air filter
- Clean cab filter (if equipped)
- Replace fuel filter
- Fuel filter-drain water from water separator & tank
- Inspect radiator, oil cooler, and condenser,
- Inspect hoses, belts, fan, and radiator
- Check/adjust crawler tension (both sides)
- Inspect battery cables, clean terminals, and check battery electrolyte level
- Inspect and test cranking system, charging system, lights, wiring, instrument panel, gauges
- Check fluid levels, engine oil, hydraulic oil, engine coolant, final drive oil levels
- Inspect exhaust system
- Check Hydraulic operations – boom, swing, bucket, swivel, ground drive, blade, thumb (if equipped)
- Check park brake operation
- Grease all lube points
- Check for open warranty campaigns
- Wash
